Starting in Fall 2007, Where We Live is pleased to present Pint-Sizes Picassos, a series
of art classes geared towards 18-month-old - 6 year olds. Pint-Sizes Picassos aims to
introduce children to the fundamentals of art while fostering creativity and a child's
natural enthusiasm for exploration and experimentation. An interactive class for both
children and their caregivers, Pint-Sized Picassos is an affordable and accessible
alternative for families in Brunswick County.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a "drop-off". Pint-Sized Picassos is designed as an art education
experience for children to share with their caregivers.
Funded in part by a grant from the Brunswick Arts Council.
SUMMER SESSION 2008 IS FULL!
June 24 - July 29, 2008
Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 10:00-11:00 am, at the Boiling Spring Lakes
Community Center.

Fees:
Pre-Register by June 17, 2008 - $35.00 per student
Register after June 17 - $50.00 session

About our instructor:
Katrina Fairbank specializes in paintings of the
NC shoreline, musicians, animals, children, and
commissioned portraits of people and pets. Her
work can be viewed at Franklin Square Gallery and
Sunset River Marketplace in Calabash. Katrina has
played drums most of her life, and currently plays
timpani with the Brunswick Concert Band. She
teaches drumming and art to both adults and
children. Katrina lives in Boiling Spring Lakes, NC
with her husband, Mike, and their dog, Demi.
